Welcome to Week 9.

This is the point we start to tackling your negative thoughts towards yourself.

When you actually think about the kinds of things you say to yourself you'd be shocked. We are way more horrible to ourselves than anyone else. We wouldn't say the things we say to ourselves to others, nor would we stand for it if someone else said it to us.

Therefore, WHY ON EARTH do we lets ourselves say such horrible things about our bodies and how we are?????

If you don't sort your head out, at the end of the day, it doesn't matter how healthy you are or how your body looks if you can't be nice to yourself, respect yourself and love yourself. Even if it sounds cheesy, it is the truth. The attractive women display themselves in provocative ways not because they love themselves it's generally because they need that attention. So remember:

Confidence isn't walking into a room and thinking you're better than everyone else, it's walking into a room and not comparing yourself to others.

Therefore this week we tackle self critical thoughts.
