Summer BBQ Turkey Burgers

  • 1 x crushed garlic clove
  • Lemon juice
  • Small bunch of parsley
  • 3 x tablespoons of grated Parmesan
  • 3 x tablespoons of low fat Greek style yogurt
  • 500g lean turkey mince
  • 1 x chopped medium onion
  • 1 x shredded lettuce
  • 4 x wholemeal buns
  • 2 x sliced tomatoes
  1. Get the BBQ heated
  2. Mix your garlic, lemon juice and 3/4 of the parmesan and parsley all together in a big bowl.
  3. Take half the mix and pop it in a smaller bowl with the yoghurt.
  4. Mix the onion and the turkey mince in with the mix in the big bowl.
  5. Shape into 4 bug round burgers and chuck on the BBQ for 15-20 mins or until cooked.
  6. Add the lettuce into the smaller bowl and mix with the yoghurt mix.
  7. Cut the buns in half, add the sliced tomatoes, add the yoghurt mix and cooked burgers.
