Workshop Objective.

Over the 90 minutes, Suzie Jane Volkes will take you through developing a health and body plan based around your lifestyle. This strategy will allow you to create seamless integration of a healthy lifestyle around the demands of your daily life. You'll also end up spending far less time in the gym and obsessing over what you should and shouldn't be eating. This effortless approach will see your health improve, the extra pounds melting away and that feeling of confidence explode.  

The Problem.

Most women set their lives up to be successful in what they value most, whether that's professionally or personally. What I see is these core values that people work hard at doesn't include their health, therefore their lives are unsustainable and causes women to burn out and hate how they look and feel. This way of life doesn't work for them (as they exhaust themselves fast and can’t see a way out) and it doesn’t work for those who depend on them (who don’t get the energy they deserve), with either their clients, their employer or loved ones. It’s incredibly difficult to create a healthy lifestyle without the knowledge and mindset required for change without thinking like a strong female role model.

The Solution.

Leading a healthy life can create an immediate buzz from the way it makes you feel. A healthy lifestyle can be split into a 5 key areas which can be applied to any busy woman's life.

Suzie is the founder of Allure, a global business designed to create a world full of strong confident female role models who love how they look and feel. 

 Suzie started out as shy and insecure, always wanting to achieve something more but was held back by how she felt about herself. After making some serious changes to her health and fitness she wen't on to win a British title in fitness and bodybuilding in her first year of competing.

Suzie has built Allure from scratch as she recognised that hiring a standard personal trainer just wasn't good enough and making lasting changes to become a strong female role model was more complex than what most trainers offer.
